The company was formed with the specific purpose of legally procuring, documenting, and reselling gold sourced from licensed small-scale and community miners, ensuring that all purchases are recorded through GoldBod’s mandatory Gold Purchase Certificate (GPC) system. Every transaction conducted by GoldArk is supported by robust compliance procedures, including strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, anti-money laundering (AML) controls, and digital recordkeeping protocols.
GoldArk is 100% Ghanaian-owned, as required under GoldBod regulations, and strategically supported by a Joint Venture with Genesis Gold Group, LLC., a U.S. based financial and technical partner.
